The Bugatti EB110GT shown here was one of approximately 80 built before the famed marque went into bankruptcy in April of 1995. This particular model sported 611bhp and was fitted with 4 IGI turbochargers. The EB110 shown here has the distinction of being the only factory prototype designed to operate on dual-fuels (methane and gasoline). The car pictured was featured on the cover or Road & Track Magazine in January of 1995 and recorded a world speed record of 213.1 mph on methane and a return run of 213.1 mph on gasoline making it the fastest duel-fuel car in the world. The record still stands today.

Although the famed supercar was never offered for sale in the US market, its purchase price in Europe was about $550,000 US plus taxes. This extremely rare and beautiful factory prototype was seized by creditors while being displayed at an auto show in a major US city and was purchased indirectly from the US Federal Bankruptcy Court in April 1997.
